Make non-activated keys 'retire' (read disappear completely) is if inactive for say, 30 days. but it will help with the clutter and confusion of scanning through all those keys when conquering a station and would help the clutter on the key chain as well. If you haven't controlled the station in 30 days.... well... its probably not going to happen again.
