Nation turrets fix
+ Set 30,000 armor value
+ Add 5,000/s recharge rate shield
+ max shield: 10,000
+ Set 30 min respawn time
+ Set significant faction losses for every destroyed turret.

Put the proposed Border Patrol there, instead. Just a few fighters and a lone cappie. And intercept all traffic.
Killing border guards should result in much bigger faction loss than mere unmanned turrets.

Turrets, SF, Station Guards, etc need more faction loss. .5 doesn't really cut it.
