Self explanatory. I have a large collection of blank datapads from noobing in nation space, and I was very disappointed when I remembered that you can just buy the damn things. I know several other pirates feel the same way. I know this wouldn't be a very difficult change, and it would greatly increase the fun factor for both the noobs who take the missions, and the pirates who introduce them to the cold, hard reality of the universe.
