Conc Turret
A turret that slows enemies, or causes a small explosian like a flare, causing little to no damage. Meant to throw off the direction of someone turboing, interfering with chases.
Conc Turret:
Cost: 25,000c
Port: Turret
Mass: 800kgs
Licenses: 7/3/4/-/-
Faction: Capital and Barracks, +600 standing
Damage: 0-100?
Force: 100-250N? (Depending on distance from target at detonation, acting as a flare would)
Delay: 1-3s?
Proximity Detonation: 15m
Splash: 100m
Range: 500m
Velocity: 150m/s
Thoughts?

I don't think so Doc, this looks more like a concussion mine. There's no mention of range or velocity.

I think an ammoless concrail in turret form would be pretty cool, actually.. Edit: Doesnt the sheild turret already have a concussive effect on a ship that runs into it?

Notice harder next time. The shield turret has a pretty substantial concussion impact. We used to use them to redecorate national wormholes.

Missed that. I've never seen the sheild turret have any conc-like effect on a ship. Anyway, this is meant to be more of a flare.

Chaos, this is a turret. Ammo? Energy? Does the Gauss or Neut turret use energy? Or the sheild turret use ammo?

At 100 damage max, with 10,000 armor on a behemoth xc, myself and a copilot in an atlas X could conceivably harass one trader for 100 shots.
It would likely take a good 3 or 4 seconds to recover from each shot, so thats good for atleast 5 minutes of annoyance. And it could be all kinds of fun with botting newbs.
