Increase Station Turret Armor by 25%, Respawn time by 50%
The tactic of of the defending team destroying a turret in order to prevent station conquest seems a bit... cheap (though it's damned clever). I'd like to try to discourage said tactic by increasing respawn time (the buffing of armor is to balance out the nerf).
I thought we'd already fixed this particular piece of exploitive asshattery - which, I might add, [VPR] pioneered.
No, it's not fixed. It's just that no one has done it since the week the Latos i8 station was first introduced, until these past 2 days. Every time someone tries to suggest a way to fix it, you personally derail the discussion with a mixture of hostility and ignorance, Lecter.
Anyway, Atice, your suggestion is fine and is better than nothing. However, in my opinion, a better overall idea is something Maalik proposed in the last thread (that Lecter destroyed).
If turrets spawned with nearly no health and repaired themselves or were repaired by bots slowly over time then most of the problem would be resolved.
I think that is a slightly more elegant and effective long-term solution.

How about eliminating turrets to create a central role for fighters?
Are turrets being destroyed to control the timing of the fight for the dock or to heal turrets?
