This doesn't affect the empty sectors in which the capital fight occur in so much as the belts which hold the player initiated fighter skirmishes.

The nation that currently holds an asteroid sector should always be colored to reflect the faction of the defenses within it. Instead of wiping sector conquest coloration from the map for all sectors at the end of each week leave the coloring for the asteroid sectors. This would make initiating a fighter skirmish a little less time consuming as warping sector to sector in search of an enemy defense turret would not be needed.

I don't really do Deneb stuff, but yeah, that makes sense.
