Seriously though, Gatling/Flechette need the buff

There's no statistical advantage to flechettes, currently. Even if you have the skill to use them, that is only a novelty because you might as well use a neutron blaster. These buffs don't make flechettes any easier to use, it doesn't increase their targeting cone, velocity, or decrease their delay... it only adds a little more tradeoff in the DPS/DPE sectors. Otherwise, popcorn will just stay a novelty.
