Call me goofy, but I used to dream about playing Wing Commander online. And the thing that drew me into Wing Commander was the comm system--the video and speech, the real immersion. I know there are hundreds of reasons not to put it in (bandwidth issues on dial up, adult theme concerns, obnoxious abuse, too many Linux people who'd be lost without a terminal interface, etc.), but just for shits and giggles, wouldn't it be a neat feature?

And it'd give me an excuse to buy one of those new iSights. :-]

I haven't, either... But yeah, that would be an awesome feature. Maybe you could make a 3d avatar for it... Not actually model it, but define aspects like hair color... Project Entropia has a great avatar maker...
