fogged mega roided sectors anonomity
Since the new sectors are going to require advanced navigation devices like beacons and same sector jumps, as well as the inevitable limitation on players within the same sector being known....
I suggest that certain kills, particularly by mines become anonymous unless the player who deployed them is within range. I think its reasonable to believe that a notification of a detonation has occurred be received by the player who dropped them, I don't think it is reasonable for a player killed by mines with no idea who else is in the sector with them should know who killed them.

Aye, that would be pretty fun. Same for ion storms and, of course, damage notifications (the red text that goes along with the red flash) should follow the same rules.
