stop making stupid addons
cargo scanner and cargo scanner blocker are fine spoofer was sort of pushing it
but addon spoofers and shit? DOES THIS REALLY HELP THE GAME? no
what would help the game is getting these ships past the preschool level amount of slots they have on them and adding some purpose to the ships power grid.

Granted. This is becomes particularly helpful to gameplay if nations restrict both cargoes and weapons.
I assume it wouldn't be too difficult for the devs to make you temporarily KOS if you fly into the NFZ with certain weapons. Customs/border patrols could come later.
Maybe they could even find a way to add cargo/addon scanners to border turrets.

Your rants are most unhelpful. Why do you express yourself so rudely to people who work so hard to make a game you enjoy and who actually read and respond to feedback? It's counterproductive.
As for the scanners, these things are "low hanging fruit" now. Once they make a tool to build an object or feature, making variations is often fast and simple.

this rant was not directed at the devs it was directed at the people who suggest these things. Sorry if it was misinterpreted, I cannot fault the devs for putting things in that people have suggested and strong supported only the people who have supported such things.
I will phrase it more politely whister. I wish the game would evolve beyond the limited number of ports most ships have and also involve some sort of level of thought as to how much powergrid addons are taking. Yes there is a blance to vo but it is usaually x is better then y except for a freak occurance where one player has profound skill with a certain weapon. I would strongly urge the devs and the players to put in utility ports even though inc first post on the topic was against it I think it would add a great deal to the game. Also powergrid 20 for every ship? yes people will bitch and moan about their ship being nerfed but taking a bit more time the pick out a decent set up then piling on the highest damage weapons might be a good thing for the game especially when we have additional ports that add functionality.
