Just type /join ingame. It lists the channels you are in currently.
I think he wants to list what channels are designated as what...
typing /help will give you channel 1 last I checked, and the other channels are player-determined, not game-dtermined.

It's a mixture of both, Atice. 201 and 202, for instance, are the broadcast channels for CtC departures and updates, while 11 is the designated exclusive nation channel. The rest is pretty much user-defined, IIRC.
From VO-wiki:
1 : New Player Help Channel
11 : Nation chat (you can only see the text from members of your nation)
28 : Polish
33 : MMORPG Discussions
69 : Planetside players channel
70 : German chat
96 : Esperanto chat
97 : Windows Users Channel
98 : Linux Users Channel
99 : Apple Macintosh Users Channel
100 : General Chat
101 : French
102 : Russian
103 : Spanish
104 : Dutch chat channel
111 : Help Channel (in case channel 1 is overloaded)
201 : Itani Convoy Transmissions (not for chat)
202 : Serco Convoy Transmissions (not for chat)
411 : EnB Event Channel
444 : TGFT public recruitment channel
700 : Political (US) Discussion
701 : Platform wars!
911 : Emergency Channel
1337 : Off-topic chat channel
4357 : The Viper Hotline / Pirate Report Broadcast System
123567 : SCAR Recruitment Channel. Serco Cadre of Armed Renegades
Maybe remove a few... but would help a lot for non-english speakers, and redirect OS wars to proper channel, easen contact with guilds, and is quite simple to implement...
Maybe add a "*" to subscribe channels.
