First of all, there's absolutely nothing for the UIT player to do nation wise as a UIT, unless they sign up for the Serco or Itani armed forces, which is just wrong.

Secondly, Neut 3's aren't rare anymore. Anyone who wants them can get them without too much difficulty, either on an alt or by just buying them from an Itani or Serco player.

Just make it so that UIT can participate in CTC as an independent nation. It will give UIT something to do without signing up for Serco or Itani armies, make UIT feel less like the black space sheep, and give them a nice toy for their efforts.

And this isn't about RP, this is about a lack of stuff for the UIT player to do while still being UIT, so don't start talking about the un-nationlike nature of UIT, please. It's unconstructive and beside the point.

Agreed! Although, more incentive to be UIT isn't the best idea, as they outnumber Itani and Serco by one half or three quarters every day.

Well, it's not really about giving more incentive to be UIT, it's just that n3 access simply isn't limited to serco and itani anyway so there's no reason to exclude the UIT from participating as a nation rather than continuing to force them to join the itani or serco. But I do see your point, the red and blue are pretty outnumbered.
