Even yet another cap ship suggestion thread
Steps:
* Instantiate persistent capital ships, possibly with direct Dev intervention, for certain groups/guilds/people.
* Add support (via in-sector /msg?) for editing the navroute and/or docking/editing whitelist of these capital ships.
* Add something like station storage for capital ships. Make it shared access to that capship's cargo hold for bonus points.
Most people would be quite happy with this setup. Piloting capital ships is a MAJOR pain.
This solves the docking problem with explicit shuttling and repair nanites. Only remaining problems I see are turret repair and instantiation.
This is a LOT more usable now that capships have shields... cuts down on scratched paint.
By the way, half the playerbase wants me to be promoted to developer. If I were, I could implement this myself. (Not to mention fixing other niggling problems.)

But i like the suggestion
If Solra is promoted then they have to pay him, I think.
So, Solra, to secure your salary, you must gather and maintain another 300 subscribers.

No! Serco Dev=Bias!
Oh please 9_9
LMAO. All the devs play as serco/uit/itani/unaligned/bots whenever they please. They're out there, plotting, watching. Did you ever see a bot exhibiting strangely non-bot-like behavior? It's a dev.
They are legion. Expect them.
They only log in as their mains when they WANT to, or they have an announcement.
