I don't see a way to send a guild member that's offline a note. Is it possible to implement it like the /buddy note "player" cmd?

How about a VO mail system like other MMOs have. Send a note to any player guildy buddy or otherwise.

why not just make the guild member your buddy?

why not just put up a guild bulletin board system on a website and use that instead?
