Sort of like a lightning mine, except you drop it near an asteroid(s) and it will extract ORE from the nearest asteroid, dropping the cargo immediately around itself. This could even have several different variants, perhaps accessible through the mining badges.

This would be much like a mining-drone that everyone wants to get, but I'd venture alot easier to implement. Make it timeout in a few minutes, and heat the ore like a regular mining beam (different heating rates on different variants).

Please also add in the auto salvage mine, so that while I am killing...um... bots...yea...bots, the mine will automatically collect the cargo drops and hold them for me.
