All group members can be seen on radar and targeted by all other group members, over any distance.

** Add:
One group slot reserved for group target.
When a target is designated by a group member as a "group target", they fill the "group target" slot and can be seen on radar by all group members as if the target was a group member.
The designator must be (and stay) in radar range of the target.
Any group member could designate a group target.
