Okay, if the detachment velocity is 0 I can justify upping the ammo. 10 is kind of ridiculously high though, to be honest (100000 damage per tube). How about 7 or 8?

Anyway, a competent pilot could be more accurate with these than with swarms, considering that you have 100% control over the velocity.

Well, as accurate as with swarms, since swarms can be stacked just about perfectly without too much trouble.

Right, but swarms are slower, which makes them easier to dodge. Also, you can't hit a fleeing target with swarms, you would be able to with these (though not as accurately as a target that is stationary or moving toward you)

Edit: I guess the fact that swarms have the ability to change course is a mark in their favor. However, even a hive queen can dodge swarms if she tries.
