Not sure if this has been suggested yet or not, probably has, but it's a rather big problem with themes.

As all of you guys know you can't change any text color via theming easily, there may be a way via a script, but that's over-complicated.

In order for themes to look better easily I suggest a config file within the theme directory which can change any and all text color, be it chat, HUD, or menu interfaces.
