We now have multi player ships which is frakin mint. Now I know most traders will be nice and pay their turreters on their own but what about an ingame mechanic

When someone joins your ship a popup that is like "define a % of profit share for your gunner?" and you can enter a range of 0 to 100% and whenever you make profits it splits it with the gunner.

This allows for easy payment of a gunner on trading runs and defining multiple pay rates for multiple gunners on ships like a moth. Obviously it cannot allow the total % of everyone combined to exceed 100%

Just an idea, feel free to chop it up it and turn it into something better.

Always nice to be able to make credibly binding promises to people, as it encourages them to do what you want them to do rather than maybe not because they are worried you could screw them.

Wonder if the gain is worth the implementation time, but a solid idea.

Make it so there's a minimum %.

Goddamn socialists, there's no need for a minimum % :P VO pilots are free to bargain for what they can get.

if you and your gunners group before taking an escort mission I believe you will all get paid.
