Some of us are a tad on the colorblind side. In fact I think its as high as 15% in males? Anyway.. The whole Green or Yellow cargo pod thing is kinda tough..

If you guys could either a) change the shape depending on cargo.. or b) just give some visual queue as to the different colors.. that'd be great!

palamedes you can target the cargo and when you do it will tell you what it is and how many of what it is there are in your target info screen

Usually the not-always used "Target object in front"

It will target whatever you are aiming at, including cargo and 'roids. Very useful.

Red-green color-blindness is 7-10% occurence probability in males across the board (source: wikipedia).

The best way to target cargo is to aim your ship at it and use whichever key you have bound to RadarNextFront (usually 'b'). Asteroids (or other targetable objects) may interfere with your acquiring the target, but usually, it'll work out.

The most common one is green. I have mostly green but some red/blue as well for a grand total of around 50%. I have also found that most layouts and designs are quite horrible when it comes to colorblind issues. I know with the wow client you have a 'colorblind option' but for the life of me I see no changes and the problem areas are still there.

Cargo is most annoying followed by text. Least on the text side we can change that.

Why not just change it to red/green or red/blue? Two dissimilar colors.
