The Bounty System (Corvus or Nation Space Based Welcome)

I don't understand the point of this thread. There are a bunch of things that are broken or are missing. Is the point to complain that the wrong things are being worked on currently, to make the devs aware of something that they are not already aware of, or to suggest a priority list?
