any improvements/modifications?

I think it'll work out well as a temporary 'aid-station' and rally point for group combats. A couple of thoughts:

• Destructible, about 2500 damage points? Could trade that off on a longer lifespan, or a total repair capacity of about 50,000. That would mean opposition would have a way to counter it outside of simply shooting whoever is trying to repair.

• The requirements look reasonable, but I think it should be available in more places, or it might tend to be regarded a UIT secret weapon, because of the easier access.

Why the basic miner IV requirement? It seems that it should be a trade requirement, not a mining one.

Good thought, maybe the prime restrictions on access should be location and cost. It's going to be fairly difficult to use effectively, so no need to make it too exclusive.

What if we called it a Repair Drone rather than a mine? Sounds friendlier, and supports the notion that is a portable bot with on-board resources and tooling.

basic miner IV was to make the badge have a purpose. As for a max heal amount, i like the fact of group repairs, if you have enemies near you they can always shoot the mine. And its not a repair drone, other mines arent evil bots with onboard tools are they? lol
But as for where its available and what u need to buy it, i dont mind i simply thought of a faction that doesnt offer much, and a badge that doesnt give anything. The name i agree its technically not a mine, couldnt think of anything else and saying mine makes it more obvious to what it is
