Perhaps there could also be a letter of marquee(sp) placed by nations on players who kill that nations cap ships in BS. I think that the low limits to ships value will make the system ineffective. In an environment where the prime income is mindless escorts, I think that abuse of a bounty system is no concern. Earning big money for combat instead of escorts is a good thing.
