When docking and clicking pda > missions the text " this station has no missions at this time " may be displayed for up to about 10 seconds while the mission list is fetched from the server.

The delay is enough for newer players to have clicked elsewhere and launched to go elsewhere and find missions.

Since all stations always have the basic missions I would suggest changing the text to "Updating the mission board" to reduce confusion.
