In system Bounties
If a player who is hated or kos enters the monitored space of a system a bounty mission could be generated at all the staions in the system giving the players current location. If the mission is successfull the the hunter would recieve a faction award,combat bonus and say 10k credits.
I would suggest it be limited to the capital systems at first. If the player leaves the system then the mission is cancelled.

hmm... give the exact point of the player? I don't think so. I'd like to see stealth and the element of surprise be more useful. If this was implimented, there'd be no way to have any stealth whether it be a pirate simply looking to surprise his opponents, or a covert faction invasion. As for bounties, I like how it currently is. Bounties are in the control of the player, thus taking into account corruption and personal responsibility. If we made an offical "bounty board" it would be exploited to no end by people getting their friends to kill them just so they can get the bounty money.
