Energy guns balance in VO went to smithereens with the introduction of Ineubis Raven so why not make another one?

New orion gun represents an improved variant of old reliable Orion phase blaster model XGX. A perfect match for their Centurion Rev C model ship.
Improvements include: faster velocity, slightly smaller delay and improved targeting with the cost of increased weight and grid usage.

Grid: 8
Targeting: good

Grid 8 keeps it from being abused, nice. A higher DPE than the Raven is interesting... one hell of a spammer. Granted it has a longer delay than the Raven.

/me thinks about trading his Raven for an AAP and putting this guy on instead of an XGX... interesting.

Dual XGX on a Rev C has been my favorite for years (think Solra Bizna was the one abusing that setup to the max too when he had Orion admire :P) but since new gun variants are getting better and better every day, i thought XGX could use revamping too.

this is a gun i would probably use to no end. I love the speed on it to much do the low damage guns also have low projectile velocity. While I may disagree with you on some things bojan this gun seems like a winner.
