PVP objectives
I would like to see some Guild type pvp objectives. So far I have experienced Border Patrol, Battle Skirmish and Border Battle as faction PVP. That is good for some experience. Other than that, there is the random griefer in grey (and somtimes monitored) space. Nation war is ok, but no real progression for Guilds. Sedina seems to be the place to meet for some pvp, but it still seems random with no obvious tactical advantage.
The game needs the next obvious step of guild controlled space.
This can be realized via conquerable stations or the ability to build Player stations in Grey space.

Before that can happen MaverickG, the devs are going to have to follow through with removing faction protection. Guilds like TGFT or PA have multi-national members with good native standing, where guilds like CLM, SYN and possibly THC have all sacrificed their native standings and are able to do and receive damage from all.
Controlled space will likely go to the Serco/Itani nationalists first. Which I believe is on the agenda for Deneb.

I think see your point.
Perhaps all pilots should belong to a nation OR a guild. The guilds could be "GREY" in color/nation and individuals could have various standings with each nation or a global standing for the guild could work aswell.
Another scenario puts nations as an "alliance" where guilds with good standing can become members or be "sanctioned" by a nation and there could be player "alliances" with no nation affiliation.
Doesnt really matter how it happens, there just needs to be more reason for players to form strike forces and claim objectives for guild benefit.
Other games have used a system of control points, when all are controlled by one faction the system is considered thiers... the rewards could be material, and of course prestige.

A few guild specific goals/missions might help as well
IE
a one month 5 percent discount for all members of the guild that mines 10000cu aquean in 1 week...
a discount for any guild that kills 20 levis in a week
a special station which has cheaper/special goods and is usable by only one guild which must defend it 24/7 or lose it.
