I think there should a mission that allows guilds to purchase a third Lt slot... for a price.

Guilds hold some of the most credits in the game so the price for this extra LT should be somewhere between 250mil-750mil give or take. Nothing like sinking near a billion credits of money per guild to make things even out a bit more.

So let me get this straight, you go to a station, you pay the people at the station a ridiculous amount of money, (much more than capships will probably be), just so you can WHAT? SLIGHTLY change the government of YOUR OWN guild?
