No, you wouldn't lose or gain any standing if you were POS or KOS. Sorry, I had an errant greater than sign in there. The 3 point/day rate would be for standing levels LESS THAN 100 (<100), and even then, it's not a number I'm sold on. Then it would drop off as you approached POS/KOS. You wouldn't ever go above/below neutral.

See, thats where our opinions differ... I feel you should not get PoS and just have it made forever with out having to do maintenance work.
Example, I consistently bring my evil whore swine of an editor great photos, there for I get better assignments, bigger bonus's and a better pay rate, if I stopped suddenly and continued to do nothing my status in the newsroom would start slipping.
Maybe there is a way that it could be based on how often you log in, this way if a person takes a break for a few months they wouldn't come back to a faction loss. Also, there could be a mission available to players who were PoS that could give a large faction boost to help recover.
