What about a sound notification to the player when he receives a private message ? So he can't miss it when focused on other stuffs. A discreet sound, though noticeable, would be nice.

Doesn't download properly - I get an empty file. Perhaps it's because I'm on a Mac but others have reported this problem on the forums here.
