I'd like to introduce the Vampire Mine

Damage: 20000
Velocity: 40 m/s
Energy: Special
Mass: 2800
Splash Radius: 300m
Detonation: Contact/Special
Ammo: 2
Lifetime: 20 seconds
Minimum License Level: 12/12/0/13/0
Faction: UIT Only/TPG 900/No Kos to anyone
Tired of constantly being attacked and stopped by pirates, a group of traders and inventors devised a way to stop pirate ships in their tracks. The Vampire mine is a special but heavy mine designed for just this purpose. Once deployed it tracks its target and moves in front of the pirate vessel. Once it makes contact it will attach itself to the ship's hull and tap into its power systems, continuously draining the ship's capacitor so that it cannot use any weapons or turbo engines. After a few seconds of draining so much energy the mine explodes, taking its victim with it.
The only possible way to prevent the mine from killing its victim is if a partner targets the mine and destroys it.

aaaah hahahahaha. 20000 damage. Ah hahahah! My cent only has like what 7200?
Listen, pay the pirate or use the mines that we have. They are very efficient if used correctly. I know that there are players that can take out a SF with a mine loaded moth. So instead of re-inventing something that would be a catch all, learn to use what you have. I'll teach you myself if need be.

Unbalanced and overpowered. Remove damage and splash, change it to only disable the target's recharge, and make it move faster. The only ship it could possibly hit in the current form would be laden down Behemoths, and even then it'd need to be launched just right.
