Say all serco ships purchased in serco Barracks stations get a
+10% armor boost +5% thrust and +5% spin torque

UIT ships purchased in Barracks: +5% armor +2% engine efficiency +10% cargo

Itani ships purchased in Barracks: +2% top speed +10% thrust +2% engine efficiency

Grey ships purchased in Barracks: +5% top speed +15% drain +5% cargo

To enter barrack stations you should have at least 500 positive faction points with the faction.
Same could be applied to weapons purchased in nationspace.
I'm just throwing the idea out, the numbers are just for an example.
