Cent SF for Itani
I think the title says it all. During a conversation today it was pointed out that all SF are vults, and historically, at least in the back story Itani used cents. Could it be possible for the Itani SF use cents instead of vults?
Something like this is already in the works.

I've been commenting on this for a year and a half at least. The Itani shouldn't even sell vultures. Why? The IBG beats the crap out of the vult Mk4 in performance and in cost- even license level is lower. There would be zero market for vultures. Capitalism alone dictates that vults would not appear in blue space. Maybe the Mk3 would get some fans in a few places due to the lower turbo drain, but that's it guys. It would go a long way toward making different areas of space seem unique with just this one change.
So yeah, their station guards should be in centurions. In Jallik and Deneb, make them IBGs instead of the base model.

Aye, and SVGs should patrol GR, Pyronis and Initros.
The SVG should get its long breath back. That's all I have to say.
Agreed. While the nations have had their old designs distributed across space and back again, I feel that delineating who-made-what would be a benefit to the overall playing experience and help instill national pride. For instance, the Centurion, Vulture, and EC class have already been credited to the Itani, Serco, and TPG(UIT), respectively. I think emphasizing this, especially in future ship designs, would be of benefit. Serco tend towards an angular and aggressive look, with sharp edges and wings as characterized by the Vult and Prom. Itani keep the rounded, almost organic look that covers most of the old ship designs. The UIT rounds it out with a skeletal, "functional is the best kind of beauty" sort of design with plenty of exposed and otherwise unwieldy forms that clearly can't fly in an atmosphere (Maud, Rev).
