Multiple Auto-Aims

I may have mentioned this before (months ago), but I want to know what people think.

I am proposing the use of multiple auto-aims where they would apply. Instead of just using the indicator for the primary fire group, we could know when each group/weapon slot is ready to score a hit.

This would mean multiple lead-off indicators, most likely different colors to be customized by the player. Each could turn white to indicate a lock for the current enemy trajectory. I say white because if each turns a different color, not only will it be confusing, but it could lead to an unnecessary limiting of usable colors.

I am curious to know several things, firstly: Is this a supported idea? Will it improve game-play and player experience? Secondly: Is it possible with little work? Will it have the Devs bending over backwards, or will it simply be the copying of the lead-off coding and a new window in the ship tab for player control?

It's a good idea, but having multiple triangles/circles/whatever shapes they are moving across the screen may get a little bit distracting, when they aren't white. I would definitely enjoy this, because the targeting for the gattling turret and energy blasters are different, by quite a bit on the screen actually.

My apologies, I was not aware of anything called multiaim. Is it an add-on?

Yes,one of Scuba Steve's...not part of the suite,I think,but must be lying around somewhere on the interwebs

Yes, I loved using multiaim. Scuba Steve, could you rewrite it for use with the TCS plugins?
