Your 'duel conduction heat dissipating system for a spacecraft' would fall apart at the first blast of a rocket, let alone a paint chip. If you covered it with armor, then your armor still gets hot. That's what I'm trying to say here; if you could have effective thermal control, and a solid exterior, at least one mammal might have developed a bit sturdier.
Anyways, that graph is math, not science. Science is consistently rewritten (read: wrong) while math is consistently based on the same principles that have been proven beforehand, since before math was even a word. Even where there are false proofs, they can be reexamined with 100% accuracy.
