Tutorial Bugs
In several of the introduction tutorials, I was told to go somewhere. Then, only after I arrived, was I given the explicit instruction to make the in-system jump to that location. BUT, because I had already arrived, I could not complete this instruction without first leaving & returning.
While this is only a nuisance bug, the first tutorials should be bullet-proof. I would prefer to see them check if you have already arrived & thus would allow you to continue that tutorial if you anticipated the instruction.

Which tutorials did this happen in? Can you give us the numbers?
Ya that's weird, first I've heard of it. Any info you can provide would be helpful.
Yes, please, if this is happening I definitely want to know about it. The ratios on the tutorials are almost all passes, with a few aborts and fails.. and I'm never quite sure why people failed or aborted (could be totally voluntary). If there are any problems, please let me know:
1) Which tutorial
2) Where you were when you took it (System, preferably with issuing station)
Thanks much.

I do not remember which tutorials (there were several) -- but i can tell you how to reproduce it.
The early tutorials pre-chart your routes to # (empty sector), tell you what is about to occur & then tell you to launch your ship. If you then go to # before looking at the message log, you cannot arrive there unless you chart a route away & back.
I have since seen this same behaviour repeated in "Water Distiller Needed" & "Big Order for Premium Silicate Ore" -- where the mission said that they do not care where I get the (Aqueus|Silicate); yet they will not accept delivery from my holdings on the ship or station without loading it, leaving the station & re-entering.
I do not think that the station matters, but the tutorials were at Arta Calestis J12. The mining missions were at Osteem Orbital (Dau G11).
*edit*
Party mission -- picked because I had 10 luxury items that I could not sell at a proffit & thought the mission would let me unload them. BUT, it not accept deliver from ship cargo; nor after exit & return to the station. Rather, the mission required that I go to Ukari before I could deliver any portion of the mission cargo. (Fortunately, having done that, the mission was then willing to accept my surplus trade goods; although it would not acknowledge receipt of the luxuries until I completed that mission -- it would be nice if the mission would correctly tell me what I must still get.)
