It would be great if one could see who is a player in the group you are in, it would help when running missions together with friends.

Maybe different shapes of the icon on the scanner for players.

Groupmembers are white dots on your radar when they are in the same sector, and the selfinfo box (the spot where the ship diagram is with your health and money indicators is) changes to show the list of people in the group.

yes i know that, but when you have npcäs in the group you cannot know where your buddy is unless your target him.

I think NPC ships are technically not different from PC ships, but I might be wrong. In any case, I think it's a good idea, but perhaps not the most urgent change?

I think so too. Perhaps a way to denote NPC from PC ships in the radar anyhow? Maybe make the NPC marker square, or diamond, or put a plus in it. Something to differentiate.
