Ok i do not know about all of you but i have this problem, i cannot run a media player and this game at the same time, i was wondering if there could be a folder that you can input your own music and it would play it for you in-game. without the need for an additional media player. Tell Me What You Think, It couldn't be too hard to do, right?

As long as your music is in Ogg Vorbis format, this already works with /playmusic and /playlist (the first takes a filename as its argument, and the second takes the name of a m3u-format playlist).

Incidentally, why can you not run a separate media player and this game at the same time? There are plenty of lightweight media players available for all three main platforms (I'm a mpd-on-linux man myself). Are you having sound device blocking problems?

Yea the game can play .ogg files but man it would be nice to give it a ui /me wonders if a plugin could do it

The most you should get ingame is instrumental versions of 1970's pop. Maybe Bacharach, or Manilow.

ok but i still diddent see any place to put the music files after i converted them. dose the game search for them its self or did i forget to look somewhere?

if you just give filename(or relative path) it'll assume it's in Vendetta Online directory.
If you give absolute path then it'll use that. IIRC

If you want you can put files in 'music' dir in vo dir or something and use /playmusic "music/file.ogg" or something
