I can't see why not, and although this is obviously a low priority idea, it would be cool if you knew that someone has targeted you. Like maybe just a coloured ball on the hud. Grey for neutral (-599 to +399), Red for hostile (or -600) and green (+400) for friendly?

It would not let you know who had targeted you, just that someone or thing has (and their possible intentions).

That would work well. Also, the missile lock thing works with this too. Maybe green, for being targeted, yellow for a lock on, and red for missile warning.

So, I guess in this particular situation, my hud would look like this?
