I've only played about two hours of the game, but I'm thinking of buying a subscription when exams are over and I have access to the internet, but I had a thought that I figured would work great.

The devs should allow for user submitted content. This has worked great in many games (NWN) and would take some stress off their backs. I've read many complaints that there isn't a lot of diversity in the game when it comes to stations etc, and if users were allowed to build their own stations and submit them, than this would not only make them more attached to the game (making sure they come back) as well as take some load of the developers themselves to deal with more important issues that are more directly related to game play.

Of course this would require that standards be set, etc. But the way I think of it, only good can come of it.

Not quite sure what the PCC is?

What I had in mind was more creating 3D models and skins of space stations, ships, planets, etc. I can't do this (yet) but I'm sure there are players here that can.

I guess creating missions is pretty neat.

Elmarad, it was discussed before. I think the issue was IP law and such.
