Seemingly important addition to tutorial
So it seems that every other day or so a newb comes on 100 asking why he can't take any more missions, at any of the stations he visits. Invariably, he's in a group with his friends with whom he's trying out VO, and hasn't realized that this means he can't do most missions. I can't remember whether or not that is mentioned in the tutorials, but it seems that more emphasis on that fact might help out a lot of newcomers. Just a thought, after helping yet another one with this problem. :)

now that's a good idea.
I'm a newbie and i've done the tut on a number of occasions and i've never heard that before, would anyone mind explaining it to me? (I know thats exactly what you don't want to have to do but the extra tutorial material isn't even started yet lol...)

2 classes of missions:
1) group missions. missions done with a group of people.
2) solo missions. missions you do by yourself, i.e. not in a group. currently there are more missions in this group.
you can go into the mission tab and in the chat window do a /group create and you will see the group missions. if you /group leave you will again see the solo missions.

Some missions can be done solo or in a group. Escort missions, for example, will automatically group people who take the same mission.
An excellent point, Denji. Something should pop-up notifying the player that he can't take another mission while he's still doing the one he's on. Or something.
We could FIX this permanently by allowing the player to take concurrent missions, say, up to 25 missions at a time, and never more than 5 from one station at a time.

'denji' makes me think about microwave ovens.
Anyway, good idea, I like LeberMac's concurrent missions idea better...
