The immposrtant flagships, such as the *SMV Nemesis, should be more than just a HAC. It should be a bigger, better HAC, that commands the Deneb war. It should not be as much of a differnce as between a Star Destroyer and the Super Star Destroyer, which is almost 20 times longer, but it still should be intimidating.

anyways...thats a good point most fleets do have a "flag ship". could be used in other missions too...like a diplomatic escort mission.
