Consolidate redundant missions

The mission board is pretty messy right now. It'd be great if we didn't have to dig through all of those hive skirmishes and escort missions.I think you should make them more like trade missions.

So, here's an example;

Escort missions - We have a large variety of transports that need protecting.

Then you click on it and it lists the missions (with little pop-ups for each mission that list specifics, like reward, faction, ect)

Then for Hive skirmish, you could perhaps see the entire NAV with color indicators that show where missions need to be done, and where missions have been done.
Red for "uncleared" hive sectors, Green for "cleared" hive sectors, and unknown sectors are left normal. It should list the essential information about the mission when you hold your mouse over the sector; Pretty much like an enhanced NAV.

As a minor detail, you could also show who completed the mission, and how long it took them to complete it...ect. It'd be pretty nifty.

I like Leeb's suggestion. It works well with the new mission categorization system that PCC members have at our disposal.

Why you son of a...

No, Leber's interface is much too...dead. For an MMO, it really needs to grip the player somehow....

Don't ask me how.

What do you think of the hive skirmish suggestion?

I like leber's interface. Keeps things simple, clean, and gives me all pertinent data I need to handle a mission. I can then get my supplementary data once I've accepted the mission by pressing the "M" key in flight.

In essence. Leber's interface is the perfect military-style console.
