I have come across the issue of not being able to sell many items by loading them up into my ship (at the time a taur) and not getting much profit. What if there was a button to sell all in your station inventory instead of having to load your ship with the items first. If this causes too much inflation/credits being given out, deduct like, 20% from each item sold after the fist 100 and so on...

This is already possible! Go to "Commerce" -> "Commodities" -> "Sell" to sell station inventory. I agree though that this is not really easy to find, it took a while until I found it myself too in the beginning.
