Simple Mission change
Make it so all factions above -599 can take beginner combat missions. Saves noobs some traveling time. (Same for group missions, if possible)
Please clarify.
Okay, why not?
You see, there are these missions available to individual characters in the videogame known as "vendetta online." These missions are called "Beginner Combat Missions" and can be reached from the mission selection screen from inside a station (you start out inside a station when you make a new character), unless you are already taking a mission. These missions, or rather mission since it is the same mission, assuming you base the identity of a mission on its objectives, has you hunt so-called "hive bots." The exact type of bot is mostly up to you, with your combat level determining the sort of bots you get rewarded for. All of the bots you are directed to hunt will be of the "collector" type, and are generally the easier NPC enemies of the game. As you destroy these collector bots, the mission, assuming you accepted it inside the station, will reward you with money and combat experience points for every five bots you kill without dying yourself. These rewards get progressively bigger, but reset every time you abort the mission or die. What's more, the rewards only grow to a certain point for the easier collectors, forcing the player to move up to the slightly more challenging ones if they want to maximize the gain from the mission.
This mission is a good start, because it isn't particularly challenging, while at the same time setting the combat-themed mood of the rest of the game (assuming the game still has a combat-themed mood. I haven't played in a while.) It's also a good way to advance to a point where you can take on larger bots, but doesn't provide much in terms of what is probably the most important stat in the game now: standing with factions other than your own.
To do well in this mission, I would suggest you find a sector with a lot of DenTek collectors and not much else (transports are okay, since they don't attack and come with a dedicated escort) and attack the bots busy mining.
Anyway, I might write more later, but I gotta run eat dinner. Good luck starting out in the game, SilentWave!

Your sarcasm is inversely proportional to my understanding of what you're saying.
I think zamzx zik is requesting that beginner combat missions become available all over the universe, to everyone above "hated" standing. So you can accept a beginner combat mission in Sercoland if you have -599 and are Itani-oriented.

You failed to clarify what you wanted the opening poster to clarify.
