I admit, this is similar to some other threads (about training guns), but I think training drone blasters should be sold at stations so people can spar with members of a different nation without risk of dying. If I remember correctly, they deal 1 damage, no?
Maybe have it go along with the 5-good-mentor-rating badge with no licenses required (so the guy teaching the little guy can get training blasters for both guys, and they can both equip it)?
