This one's for the website, not the game.

I'd make a RP story or two (I have plenty of ideas) if I could think of some VO names (like, the kind NPCs have). I think there should be a little place on vendetta-online.com which makes random VO names, like the one in the game when you have to enter the name of your character. Just press the button, and it gives you a character name! Can't be too hard.

Or one of the devs could just put all the first and last names and sticky the thread.

Or heck, just put down all the first and last names and don't sticky the thread. I would just copy-and-paste the whole thing onto the stickies anyway (stickies = Mac application for all yous who don't know).

It's pretty easy to just make a character with a random name, and then delete the character (unless you've already filled your slots already, I guess). And then there's still that small layer of illusion that its a "person" in the "VO Universe". [edit: even though you've just killed that character/person. That's an awfully cruel creative process]

If there was just a list of random names to mix and match, would it not seem like that anymore? Maybe not. I dunno. Just food for thought.
