Some mixed suggestions
Hi, I started to play this game last winter/spring and now after some month's of playing (not continually ;)) I have come up with a few things which I think should be changed in order to make for a better game. It's not any major changes, just small things that I think need improvement.
1. Please have the EULA just show the first time you start the game or maybe the first X times you start it. Then show it again when it's changed and clearly point out the changes. It makes no sense forcing people to click Yes each time you want to play, NOONE is going to read through that thing every time, especially since it's impossible to know if and what changed in it since last time! I am pretty sure it doesn't matter what you do legally speaking, but IANAL...
2. I think we need better/more dramatical sun/star effects, atleast when you are close. The glow effect around roids is nice but still it feels like you are watching a 90w lightbulb and not a sun. Can't you add nice looking flares or similar to make it feel more like a really strong lightsource?
3. Please cut off the thin tail of the Raptor, it makes the ship look much more ugly and it feel completely pointless. Cutting it off would also give the ship a small but well deserved advantage in fighting since it's a slightly smaller area to hit. This ship is already at a large disadvantage against vultures and centurions so it would only improve balance of the game. To show what I mean I've modified a couple of screenshots:

4. Have some kind of pointer on the guild page (here on the website, not in game) to show which guilds are active and which are not. For example if a guild has a commander and/or luit. and also have members that have been online during the last month there could be a green text that says "This is an active guild". If there is no commander but the guild has active players we could have yellow text saying "This is a dysfunctional guild" and if there is no commander and no active players a red text saying "This is an inactive guild".
5. Maybe look into making Queen Defence matrix usable on player ships, to get an energy shield? Could be balanced so it's using the same energy as your weapons, i.e fire them and your shield goes down. When shield is all down it take a long time to bring back up again, just like the queens. If you do make this available, please make it only possible to get from queens, not buyable in stations.
Finally I just wish you good luck with all the larger changes you are planning and implementing. I really look forward to improved hive, better defences in nation space (already been done to a large degree) and especially guild owned stations and/or capital ships. I don't think it's a good idea to have player owned stations though, only a guild should be able to get it together.

1: its no big deal people can live with that
2:yes add flares but they might get in the way of a nice spacefight so make able to disable them in video options
3:Meh its not a big difference and i dont think its really worth changing
4:[Stamp of Approval]™
5:there will be different uses of those goodies they will be for missions'n'stuff but will not serve as addons there prolly will be a upgrade port on a ship for shields, radar extenders, better targeting computers, and lotsa other goodies
there working on very important code in the background to make it easyer to make more missions better bots and player owned cappies so ATM content development is almost at a standstill
as soon as that stuff is done and stable they will get to work on suggestions like theses :)

2. Doesn't really make sense, since lens flare is an artifact of photography, and you don't see it in person...
2. Makes sense. Who's to say that you're not viewing space through cameras? After all, I don't see any cockpit.
..yeah, that BIG BLUE SPACE IN THE FRONT OF YOUR SHIP IS NOTHING BUT A LARGE CAMERA LENSE.
3. I like it. It looks better that way, gives it a fair advantage.

Regarding the Raptor modification, if there is not time for model changes I am willing to make the changes and donate the results. It's just a minor change in the model and should take long to do.
Spidey: yes, of course we can live with all that.. we do that now. But even if they are small things many small improvements make for a much better game experience overall. None of what i suggested should probably be a priority, fixing bugs and finishing what's started is of course more important, but maybe there is a little time left over when something of this can be implemented, small things also take little time to complete :)

4. Add a column on the guild page, to the left of each guild. In this column, place one dot for each guild: clear for no online members, green for online leaders, blue for online members, gray for no activity after 1 month.
