I think there should be some kind of object that you fit onto your ship. That could literaly create a temporary black hole, and with this black hole you could go to any system you wanted instantaniously instead of having to go one system at a time.

Black hole generators would instantly take you to your home station. I think you mean wormholes, and please read the read first page. This has been suggested quite a bit.
