I like those ideas for the thousand PK badges, might give me a reason to actually get back in game for longer than a couple days every month.

Oh no, I'm seeing a drawback to adding features to this game: people lose sight of the main reason to play VO. Don't play the game for little rewards, don't play it to raise your stats -- play it BECAUSE IT'S FUN TO PLAY. Otherwise, take away the badges and you are left with no reason to play. Don't let the features cramp your gaming fun.
